Innovation audit services and innovation advice
Do you want your competitors to put you out of business?
A stupid question, but that is what they are trying to do. All organisations should be innovating, whether it is new products or services, or business processes. Without innovation, at best, your business will stagnate, at worst it will cease to exist.
As such, you need to maximise your innovation capabilities? Are you? If not, contact us to undertake an innovation audit to advise you on improving your efforts..
We offer three similar approaches to the innovation audit and advice service. The first is a short-form questionnaire (25 questions, requiring two answers per question) which is then analysed with our report with our recommendations emailed to you. This report will give you guidance to improve your innovation management practices. More information can be found here.
This service costs £100 + VAT, and can be purchased through PayPal, or by sending a cheque for £120 (inc VAT) to us at the address on the left.
The second audit is more advanced than the first, and is also based on an on-line audit, and the third adopts the questionnaire as a starting point for more detailed and in-depth analysis following interviews with key staff.
For sole entities and micro businesses, thefirst survey will be suitable, alternatively, for more depth, face-to-face interviews would be adopted.
On-line innovation audit
This audit is undertaken by having the client and their staff completing a detailed on-line survey, covering five main areas:
Upon completion of the surveys, we analyse the responses, and provide the client with a report of our findings, together with conclusions and recommendations.
Our fees depend upon the number of surveys to be completed, see our prices here.
In-depth innovation audit
This inovation audit uses the information collected from the on-line survey, to form the basis for more detailed and in-depth face-to-face interviews with an agreed selection of staff. This data, together with the survey data, forms the basis for the report setting out our findings, conclusions and recommendations.
Our fees depend upon the amount of work, see our prices.
