The second audit is more advanced than the first, and is also based on an on-line audit, and the third adopts the questionnaire as a starting point for more detailed and in-depth analysis following interviews with key staff.

For sole entities and micro businesses, thefirst survey will be suitable, alternatively, for more depth, face-to-face interviews would be adopted.

On-line innovation audit

This audit is undertaken by having the client and their staff completing a detailed on-line survey, covering five main areas: Innovation strategy; Idea Generation; Selection; Implementation; and Organisation. Upon completion of the surveys, we analyse the responses, and provide the client with a report of our findings, together with conclusions and recommendations. In-depth innovation audit

This inovation audit uses the information collected from the on-line survey, to form the basis for more detailed and in-depth face-to-face interviews with an agreed selection of staff.
